Josh Brown is a Boston-area native who has lived in Rockville since 2000. His interest in bird photography grew from a childhood hobby into an amateur passion over the past several years. Josh takes great satisfaction in capturing the beauty of wild birds, and sharing his images for others to enjoy.
“Amidst our busy everyday routine, we often fail to appreciate the natural world around us. Birds in particular are frequently unnoticed as we rush to meet the demands of daily life. Yet, these dynamic little creatures fill our mornings with song and our skies with acrobatics. We need not travel to exotic locales to see their rich hues and striking patterns. Indeed, right here in metro Rockville, we’re surrounded by a veritable kaleidoscope of color, taking wing all around us.”
