Peerless Rockville and the Glenview Mansion Speaker Series offer this virtual presentation exploring local indigenous history. In this talk, Dr. Elizabeth Rule (American University) will present on her Guide to Indigenous DC, a digital map and mobile app featuring sites of importance to Native peoples across the Nation’s capital, and her affiliated full-length book, Indigenous DC: Native Peoples and the Nation’s Capital (Georgetown University Press, 2023).
