We want to know what you remember about Rockville! As Peerless Rockville begins an exploration of Urban Renewal in the City, we’re celebrating the upcoming virtual exhibit “Changing the Map: The Mid-City Project” highlighting an Urban Renewal project and its effect on Rockville in the 1960s. We want to hear from you about your memories before the big changes.

Whether you lived in Rockville in the 1960s, or just enjoy hearing and sharing stories, join us on Wednesday, April 23 from 2-4pm or 6-8pm to share some memories of old Rockville. There will be a display of photographs depicting Rockville before Urban Renewal, a slide show, refreshments, and a chance to contribute your memories of the pre-Rockville Mall downtown.
